Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Place the item in its original packaging along with all included accessories and the RMA form.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
